Terms and Conditions of Service  By making a reservation with our company, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions  > >Read in Full
1) If you submitted this reservation within 24 hours of pick up time, please contact us in order to guarantee you availability.
2) If you have not requested a quote from us, our current online pricing will apply. 
3) If the information or itinerary in this email is not accurate, please contact us as soon as possible.
4) Cancellations (depending on when you cancel) will incur a cancellation fee. The full fare* will include 20% chauffeur's gratuity. It applies as follows :
[a] Within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time, it will be 100% of the full fare*.
[b] Within 48 hours of the scheduled pick up time, it will be 50% of the full fare.
[c] Before 48 hours of the scheduled pick up time, it will be a 10% of the full fare.
5) Changes : may incur in a fee. It applies as follows :
[a] If rescheduling is possible based on our availability and is requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, it will be at no charge.  
[b] If rescheduling is not possible based on our availability or requested within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, it will be 100% of the full fare*.
6) No-Shows  will incur in a No Show fee equal to the full fare*, including waiting time if the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your chauffeur or need assistance, please call 305-891-2389 to avoid a no-show billing. 
7) Wait time : For all Point-To-Point services a fifteen-minute grace period is granted. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged from the original scheduled pick-up time at the vehicle stand-by hourly rate in 30-minute increments (with a 30-minute minimum). Each 30-minute block billed at USD 30.00 for sedan/SUV, and USD 60.00 for other vehicles.  
8) Miscellaneous Charges : may include but not limited to :
[a] Scheduled Stops :  Stops-along-the-way requested during booking are charged $20.00 per stop in a sedan/SUV, $40.00 per stop in a stretch limousine/Van.
[b] Early/Late Pick-Ups :   Additional fees might apply for pick-ups before 6:00 AM and after 12:00 Midnight (EST).
[c] Extra Stops are considered the stops requested but not mentioned when booking your reservation. This unplanned stop(s) fee(s) will be collected directly by the chauffeur at the time the extra stop is requested. In addition, the chauffeur does deserve the right to accept or decline the extra stop.
[d] Overtime :  overtime charges will apply when service will go over the reserved time. Overtime approval is not guarantee and subject of fleet availability.

Pick Up Procedures & Charges

  • Airport pick ups: passengers will be met at arriving terminal at the security gate for domestic flights, and at the exit from customs for international flights. Our chauffeur will be holding a sign with "Your Name" written on it.
  • Port pick ups: passengers will be met after luggage retrieval. Please walk to the passenger pick-up area (taxis and limos), located about 20 feet from your cruise exit gate. Our dispatcher will contact you 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up time to inquiry about your progress in clearing customs and other instructions.
  • Charges on your credit card will appear under Miami's Finest, Inc.
  • We will get an approval for fully amount quoted 24 hours before pick up time.
  • Incidentals will be charged if your itinerary differs from the original scheduled.
